My journey is one of truth, heart transformation, and the profound realization that life and love begin at the heart’s core—the soul. In my twenties, I lost my father, leaving my heart shattered. To cope, I kept busy, grieved in solitude, and put on a brave face for others, trusting that time would mend my wounds. But it didn’t. As life unfolded, my heart grew heavier with layered grief: infertility, the joys and challenges of adoption, raising children with invisible disabilities, career shifts, self-doubt, further losses, an empty nest, and the lingering effects of the pandemic. It wasn’t until I learned to open my heart that I began to truly transform.
